FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

Each piece is made to order; why are some items out of stock and some in stock?

Yes, each piece is made only once the order is placed. "Out of stock" simply means I don't currently have the matrials to make that particular piece but can get them. In the event that I can no longer obtain the materials to make a particular item, that piece will be labeled "Discontinued". If an item is not labeled "out of stock" or "discontinued" it means that I do have all the materials on hand and the item will be crafted and shipped to you as indicated in your order.

How does payment work? Can I pay online?

As of now there is no way to pay online for MableGrey Jewelry.

Currently I am accepting payment in the form of checks or cash.
Checks can be mailed or delivered in person; in the event of a transaction by check your order will be mailed when the check clears.

Cash can only be delivered in person; in the event of a cash transaction you will receive your purchase immediately upon payment.

Of course, there are always exceptions. If you have any questions or special requests please e-mail me at mablegreyjewelry@gmail.com to discuss other ways to pay and/or receive your order.

What should I include in my e-mail order?

Once you've found the pieces you want to order, please send an e-mail to mablegreyjewelry@gmail.com.

In your e-mail please indicate the following:

The Item Name of your order
The Item Number of your order
Your Name
Your E-mail Address
Whether You'd Like to Pay by Check or Cash
Your Address (only necessary if you'd like the item mailed to you; in order to have the item mailed you must pay by check)
Any Special Instructions including customization such as word/letter imprints, colors, sizes, etc. If ordering more than one of each item please indicate so here.

If you have any questions about this please e-mail mablegreyjewelry@gmail.com and I will get back to you shortly.

Are we missing your question?
